Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Workplace Experience Supervisor to oversee a team delivering workplace experience services in a designated building. You will supervise staff, set schedules, manage daily activities, and ensure world-class service to clients and visitors.

The role emphasizes cost control, vendor partnerships, safety, and alignment with CBRE RISE values. Candidates should have 5+ years related experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience; prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function.
• Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information clearly.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, and cross-train staff.
• Maintain records of costs incurred by workplace team activities; review invoices as needed.
• Respond to customer requests and complaints about the experience services department.
• Approve client materials; ensure materials align with brand guidelines and maintain databases and digital tools.
• Develop and maintain vendor partnerships; assist with contract negotiations and ensure proof of insurance and documentation.
• Deliver a world-class orientation experience to new employees and establish new techniques to meet objectives.
• Enforce safety standards with employees, clients, and vendors; assist in Service Business Continuity planning.
• Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to achieve team objectives.
