Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Dallas seeks a Workplace Experience Manager to oversee delivery of workplace services such as Concierge, Reception, Meeting & Event Management, and related office duties.

You will coordinate daily activities, enforce CBRE RISE standards, build trusted client relationships, negotiate with partners, and lead a team to deliver world-class service across assigned buildings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years of related experience.
  • Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, and performance management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the amenity spaces and TX/CX programming offerings from contract/booking to execution.
  • Coordinate daily activities and establish a work schedule.
  • Enforce CBRE RISE hospitality standards and resources guiding operational teams in service delivery.
  • Build and maintain a trusted client relationship; negotiate with clients, partners, and associates to resolve conflicts.
  • Develop vendor partnerships; manage contract services and ensure insurance and documentation are current.
  • Oversee programs run by third party vendors and ensure invoices are billed.
  • Lead by example to promote collaboration and drive successful events.
  • Drive amenity usage and activation at the building.
  • Manage community events coordination, signage, vendor contracts, and notices; maintain calendar.
