Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Maintain records of costs incurred by workplace team activities. Review invoices as needed.
• Respond to customer requests and complaints about the experience services department.
• Approve client materials. Ensure materials align with brand guidelines. Maintain databases and digital tools used for service delivery.
• Develop and maintain vendor partnerships with the aim of cost-saving. Assist negotiations for contract services and verify insurance and documentation.
• Deliver a world-class orientation experience to new employees. Develop new techniques to meet objectives.
