Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Workplace Experience Supervisor to lead a team delivering world-class client services in a designated building. You will coach coordinators, manage priorities, and escalate complex issues while ensuring timely closure and stakeholder communication.

You’ll partner with service partners and cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements in standards, processes, and data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in property management, workplace experience, facilities coordination, hospitality, or related environment.
• Residential or commercial property management experience valued.
• Prior supervisory or people-leadership experience required.
• Ability to guide teams, manage priorities, and drive accountability with service focus.
• Strong communication for coaching and cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor Workplace Coordinators to build judgment and service ownership.
• Escalate and resolve high-priority or cross-functional workplace issues.
• Direct daily priorities, escalation timing, and stakeholder communication.
• Onboard and train new hires on standards, tools, and site expectations.
• Balance team coverage across zones, review schedules, and close items.
• Provide timely feedback and foster a collaborative culture for closure.
