Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and schedules.
• Maintain cost records and review invoices as needed.
• Address customer requests and complaints about experience services.
• Approve client materials and ensure brand alignment.
• Develop vendor partnerships and assist with contract negotiations.
• Deliver orientation for new employees and train the team.
• Enforce safety standards and support business continuity planning.
• Resolve problems to meet team objectives and lead by example.
