CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator in Portland to deliver a world-class service experience to employees and guests. You will greet entrants, issue passes, and manage events, mail, onboarding, and vendor coordination.

The role emphasizes a customer-service driven approach, adherence to security procedures, and effective communication with the site team and managers.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and building occupants with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
• Issue visitor and parking passes per building security protocols.
• Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed.
• Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures; notify relevant parties for safety.
• Organize on-site events: secure space, set up/tear down, arrange catering supplies.
• Coordinate workplace services: mail, office supplies, onboarding.
• Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
• Manage inbound/outbound mail and carrier packages in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and manage building access and office visits as required.
• Coordinate and manage POSM delivery, shipment, and inventory with third-party agencies.
• Coordinate IT-related issues; elevate to internal IT team when needed.
• Arrange and confirm meetings, dining, and business activities for requestor.
• Acknowledge inquiries or complaints and provide professional solutions.
