Job summary

The Cushman & Wakefield Orlando office is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to design and oversee a program that enhances employee engagement through technology, design, amenities, and services. You will partner with Facilities, Design, Space Planning, and Communications to deliver a best-in-class experience for occupants and executives.

Responsibilities include implementing experience guidelines, collecting voice-of-the-customer data, driving cross-functional initiatives, ensuring spaces

Qualifications

• Four-year college/university degree is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in real estate services, travel/hospitality, brand/product management, management consulting, or change management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with executive level clients.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross functional teams and implement client-specific programs focused on employee experiences.
• Develop and enforce experience guidelines, best practices, and standards for service teams.
• Continuously evaluate service delivery to maximize the employee experience.
• Develop short- and long-term tactical plans for workplace amenities and services.
• Oversee site operations and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Provide high-touch support to employees and act as first line of response to site concerns.
• Assess space readiness and proactively identify needed repairs or updates.
• Share information with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Deliver results related to employee experience and customer satisfaction KPIs.
