Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Workplace Experience Manager to lead onsite programs that enhance employee engagement, culture, and service excellence. You will manage a team, partner with cross-functional groups, and drive hospitality-driven experiences that align with client objectives.

The role requires strategic planning, program execution, and the ability to translate feedback into measurable improvements across workplace environments in a dynamic, client-facing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in workplace experience, hospitality, employee experience, event management, corporate real estate, facilities management, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of people leadership experience with direct responsibility for hiring, coaching, performance management, employee development, and team engagement.
• Experience managing employee engagement programs, workplace activations, large-scale events, and culture-building initiatives from conception through execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight and day-to-day leadership for Workplace Experience teams across assigned locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team through regular one-on-one meetings, goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Ensure hospitality training and service excellence, partner with leadership for talent planning and growth initiatives.
