The role acts as a remote extension of the property team, offering guidance to managers, vendors, and clients while traveling as needed for launches, trainings, and major engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coordinating tenant programs and events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tenant engagement plans and calendars for assigned properties.
• Coordinate events, activations, wellness programs, and community-building experiences.
• Provide remote coaching, guidance, and support to property teams and on-site staff.
• Monitor program effectiveness and report on engagement metrics and budget utilization.
