Latham & Watkins LLP seeks a Hospitality Workplace Experience Agent in Downtown Los Angeles to serve as a frontline ambassador. The role ensures a warm, professional environment, greeting visitors, escorting guests, and addressing questions while coordinating with multiple teams to deliver seamless service.

The position is on-site, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a global law firm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of workplace experience.
• Flexibility to learn and grow professionally.

Responsabilités

• Serve as frontline ambassador for the Workplace Experience team.
• Greeting, escorting visitors, and addressing questions.
• Provide first-line tech assistance and ensure spaces meet client specs.
• Coordinate with departments and manage ServiceNow tickets.
• Protect confidential information and uphold security standards.
