The position requires at least a high school diploma and three years of workplace experience.

• Operate as a on-the-ground project manager, connecting departments and leveraging resources like ServiceNow and MS Teams.
• Protect confidential information and ensure adherence to security and privacy standards.

About the Role

The Hospitality Workplace Experience Agent is a key frontline ambassador for Latham’s Workplace Experience team, serving as a primary point of contact for all personnel and guests in our space. This role focuses on creating a warm, professional, and service-oriented environment by overseeing, anticipating, and fulfilling day-to-day support needs related to work areas and office services. The Workplace Experience Agent builds genuine connections with internal and external clients by greeting and escorting visitors, addressing questions and concerns, anticipating needs, and tailoring solutions to deliver customized, seamless experiences.This position is based in our Global Services Office in Downtown Los Angeles and requires an on-site presence from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

• Executing effective processes and strategies for managing client support within the office, collaborating with colleagues and departments to ensure seamless service delivery, fulfilling ServiceNow tickets, conducting quality assurance checks, and coordinating cross-departmental efforts
• Ensuring workstations and collaboration spaces are presentable and equipped to client specifications, verifying technology functionality, providing first-line technology assistance, and utilizing the firm’s Workplace Experience technology tools to enhance client support
• Identifying, delegating, and addressing uncompleted tasks appropriately, preparing for the day in advance, prioritizing multiple deadlines, and performing quality checks on client requests to deliver outstanding support
• Operating as an on-the-ground project manager, facilitating connections between departments and utilizing firm resources like ServiceNow and MS Teams, assisting with special projects, offsite experiences, and adhering to globally standardized service level agreements
• Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

And have:

• A high school diploma or an equivalent
• A minimum of three (3) years of workplace experience or related experience
