• Strong communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all personnel and external visitors.
• Provide first-line technology assistance and AV support.
• Coordinate office events and bookings (conference rooms, visitor offices).
• Manage in-office services and collaborate with WE 24/7 team as needed.
• Protect confidential information and support general workplace needs.
