Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute processes for managing client support within the office and coordinate cross-department efforts.
• Ensure workstations and spaces are presentable and equipped to client specifications; provide first-line tech support.
• Identify and address tasks, prepare for the day, and perform quality checks on client requests to deliver outstanding support.
• Operate as a on-the-ground project manager, connecting departments and leveraging resources like ServiceNow and MS Teams.
• Protect confidential information and ensure adherence to security and privacy standards.
