Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ hospitality or customer service management experience.
• Ability to welcome guests and adapt communication to the situation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all personnel and external visitors.
• Anticipate guest needs by understanding in-office services and work areas.
• Provide first-line technology assistance and ensure audiovisual equipment is functioning.
• Coordinate件 booking conference rooms and visitor offices, arrange taxis, and manage basic repairs and supplies.
• Protect confidential information relevant to Latham & Watkins.
