TikTok is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner Graduate for the HR & Management team in San Jose, with a 2027 start. This regular, corporate role focuses on building sourcing and hiring strategies and collaborating with hiring managers and HRBPs.

As a graduate, you will tackle recruiting challenges, participate in special projects, and contribute to data-driven hiring processes while meeting onboarding dates by year end.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder management: Build relationships with hiring managers, hiring team, HRBPs, and other stakeholders; develop sourcing and hiring strategies; align on delivery goals and expectations.
• Hiring process development and management: Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience; ramp up hiring teams to ensure clear role expectations and timely SLAs.
• Data analysis and reporting: Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and inform talent acquisition strategies.
• Talent pipelining and networking: Build and maintain pipelines of diverse, qualified candidates; establish relationships with universities and networks.
• Strategic talent acquisition: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet business objectives; collaborate with hiring managers.
• Compliance and process improvement: Ensure compliance with laws; streamline and improve recruitment processes.
• Special projects: Participate in talent mapping, process improvement, trainings, comp analysis, etc.
