Job summary

TikTok seeks an HR Operations Lifecycle Graduate to join our Global HR Operations team in San Jose. You will support onboarding, data changes, and lifecycle activities while learning how we scale a fast-growing global company.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, strong communication and coordination, and a resilient, adaptable mindset for a dynamic environment. 2027 start; clear availability and graduation date required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, Psychology, or related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure legal compliance by managing and implementing applicable human resource local requirements for the local market in Ireland, with the potential of extended remit to additional countries within Europe.
• Be responsible for vendor management to improve operation and service quality, efficiency and experience (e.g. benefits vendors).
• Committed to building good and harmonious employee relations.
• First point of contact for any employee queries. Support employees and improve employee experience by providing end-to-end HR solutions to solve their issues.
• Design and recommend enhancements, improvements and simplifications of existing HR processes and procedures.
• Support employee life cycle management processes such as onboarding management, termination, personal data changes, internal transfers , leave management & benefit operations including relevant documentation and employee file management in accordance to local legislation.
• Support relocation, immigration and other responsibilities related to staffing administration.
