JLL in Chicago seeks a Manager, Workplace Facilities to lead facilities operations and champion hospitality-driven service. You will manage budgets, contracts, occupancy services, and employee experience programs to deliver best-in-class workplace experiences.

The role requires exceptional communication, team leadership, and the ability to coordinate with HR, safety, and operations while advancing engagement and wellbeing across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Superior people management skills and ability to develop diverse teams.
• Excellent client relationship management experience in hospitality-oriented facilities.
• Strong budget management and operating/capital expense planning experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and hospitality services.
• Familiarity with workplace analytics and space utilization tools.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and CMMS is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain superior client service practices with a hospitality-first mindset.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Manage a diverse staff and foster inclusive, engaging work environments.
• Coordinate property operations to protect and improve asset value and occupant experience.
• Ensure site management aligns with standards and service excellence.
• Perform monthly reporting, forecasting, and asset management across sites.
• Lead Experience Services programs including concierge and visitor management.
• Oversee employee amenity programs and engagement events.
• Coordinate space planning and vendor contracts with focus on experience.
