Job summary

You will partner with facility managers to execute day-to-day operations including space management, vendor coordination, technology support, and workplace services, while driving continuous improvement in facility functionality and ensuring operations align with JLL's

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Equivalent professional experience in facilities management or workplace services.
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms and advanced Excel for reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workplace programs to enhance engagement, collaboration, and wellbeing.
• Execute facility management protocols including preventive maintenance and vendor management.
• Manage procurement for supplies and services, processing POs and service contracts per budget.
• Coordinate space bookings, meeting tech support, and events requiring facilities support.
• Administer access control, visitor management, and safety/compliance practices.
