Job summary

JLL in Redwood City, CA is hiring a Workplace Experience Manager to lead white-glove soft services for a prominent tech client. You will coordinate facilities, IT integration, and vendor performance to deliver safe, engaging work environments.

Externally, you will manage budgets, space utilization, and events while aligning with HR and facilities teams. The role requires 3+ years in workplace or facilities management in corporate real estate, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and relevant experience in workplace management.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workplace environment for a client account.
• Partner with HR, Facilities, IT and vendors to manage services and communications.
• Monitor space, amenities, and vendor performance; manage budgets and change requests.
• Coordinate space layouts, desk moves, and conference room usage.
• Support health, safety and environmental standards and compliance.
