Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of FM & Operations experience
• Industry certifications such as FMP, BOMA or IWFM
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proven white-glove customer service and events experience
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations, databases
