ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking a Facility Coordinator in San Francisco to act as the primary on-site contact for a client, delivering strong engagement and a professional presence for colleagues and visitors.

The role supports day-to-day operations, coordinates maintenance, and oversees onsite vendors to ensure outstanding service and a positive workplace experience in a fast-paced site.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer service experience in dealing with high-touch clients.
• 2–3 years of facilities management experience in a hospitality, retail, or other high-touch environment.
• Proven track record of providing stellar support to customers.
• Proven ability to function successfully within a strong team environment.
• Strong computer proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the eyes and ears of assigned floors/buildings to bring experience to life and engage colleagues and guests.
• Observes customer culture and environment to identify experiential needs.
• Drives positive experience outcomes through tailored events and activities.
• Develops relationships with colleagues to identify customer and ISS services that ensure total satisfaction.
• Captures individual preferences for future visits and accommodates special requests.
• Conducts quality control walkthroughs to address issues and identify improvements.
