Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and organizational skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and issue passes; follow security procedures.
• Answer phones professionally and assist callers.
• Coordinate and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities.
• Manage maintenance work orders and coordinate workplace services.
• Handle inquiries with a customer-service mindset and provide solutions.
• Organize and manage on-site events and supplies.
• Follow security/emergency procedures and ensure building safety.
• Coordinate with vendors for services and goods to the workplace.
• Explain information clearly within the team per manager's directions.
• Apply existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
