Job summary

Boly:Welch is looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator in Portland, OR to oversee day-to-day hospitality and workplace programs, ensuring spaces are organized, stocked, and ready for use for a productive employee experience.

You will manage food and beverage operations, vendor coordination, and support events while partnering with internal teams to deliver a polished, professional environment. This is an on-site, contractor role with a strong service focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in corporate hospitality or similar high-touch environments.
• Experience maintaining office facilities, food & beverage supplies, and event logistics.
• Strong organizational habits and familiarity with checklists, inventory tracking, and digital workplace tools (email/chat, ticketing, or task systems such as Atlassian)

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospitality and workplace experience programs.
• Maintain shared spaces, conference rooms, kitchens, and shared areas to a high standard.
• Manage food and beverage operations, including inventory, catering, and vendor coordination.
• Support workplace events with room setup, catering coordination, and guest experiences.
• Identify issues on-site, resolve concerns, and continuously improve workplace processes.
• Ensure the environment is polished, professional, and well-maintained.
