Job summary

Boly:Welch is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator for a fully on-site role in Portland, OR. You will oversee day-to-day hospitality, maintain shared spaces, kitchens, and meeting rooms to a high standard, and keep the workplace clean, stocked, and welcoming for employees and visitors.

You’ll handle food and beverage operations, event setup, and vendor coordination while partnering with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in corporate hospitality or similar high-touch professional service environments.
• Experience maintaining office facilities, food & beverage supplies, and event logistics.
• Strong organizational habits and familiarity with checklists, inventory tracking, and digital workplace tools (email/chat, ticketing, or task systems such as Atlassian).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospitality and workplace experience programs to keep employees supported, productive, and engaged.
• Maintain shared spaces, conference rooms, kitchens, and shared areas to a high standard.
• Identify issues proactively and resolve concerns, improving workplace processes and routines.
• Manage food & beverage operations, including kitchen inventory and catering coordination.
• Support workplace events with room setup, logistics, and guest experiences; partner with service providers and stakeholders.
