Responsibilities

• First point of contact for all visitors, greeting them warmly and issuing passes.
• Answer the phone professionally and coordinate meetings and presentations.
• Arrange recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor.
• Coordinate workplace services including mail, office supplies, onboarding, and janitorial requests.
• Handle inquiries and complaints with a professional, customer-service-driven approach.
• Organize and manage on-site events and coordinate vendors.
