Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Receptionist to join our onsite account team, delivering a warm and professional front-desk experience for employees, guests, and vendors. You’ll be the first point of contact and help coordinate seamless workplace interactions across in-person, phone, email, and Slack channels.

The role emphasizes hospitality, cross-functional collaboration, and support for meetings and events, with a strong focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
• College degree and/or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for all employees, guests, executives, vendors, and visitors entering the workplace.
• Serve as the first point of contact for the workplace through in-person interactions, phone, email, and Slack messaging.
• Maintain consistent front-of-house coverage during business hours and be readily available to support employees and visitors.
• Support high-profile meetings, executive visits, VIP guests, and onsite events with logistics, catering, room readiness, and hospitality.
• Perform general office and workplace support duties including mail handling, shipping, wayfinding, tours, and logistics.
• Learn quickly, follow processes, and solve problems using available resources and good judgment.
