Job summary

Nash is seeking an experienced Workplace Operations lead to manage the San Francisco headquarters and support the Charleston office remotely. You will own daily office operations, vendor relationships, events, and employee experience initiatives that shape our culture.

This role requires strong project management, budget oversight, and the ability to coordinate across People, IT, and Finance to deliver scalable workplace programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in workplace operations, office management, employee experience, events, hospitality, or related role.
• Experience building culture and engagement for remote or distributed teams.
• Demonstrated experience planning complex events, offsites, or conferences with multiple vendors and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily operation of the San Francisco office, including opening readiness and supplies.
• Support the Charleston office on a virtual basis, coordinating needs to ensure consistent experience.
• Manage shipping and logistics for IT equipment in partnership with IT.
• Own Nash swag coordination with Marketing and vendors.
• Serve as primary contact for landlord, building management, and service providers.
