Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Workplace Accommodations Consultant to lead administration of accommodation programs and advise employees, managers, HR partners, and leadership through the accommodation process. You will independently manage complex cases, facilitate the ADA interactive process, evaluate options, and ensure compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate combines strong case management with deep knowledge of disability accommodations, balancing employee needs with business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering workplace accommodations, disability management, leave administration, employee relations, or related function.
• Demonstrated expertise in ADA compliance, interactive process, reasonable accommodation assessments, and applicable employment laws.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex accommodation cases and provide consultative recommendations to leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary contact for workplace and leaves-related accommodation requests.
• Independently manage a high-volume caseload from intake through resolution with timely, compliant outcomes.
• Lead the ADA interactive process by evaluating medical documentation, essential job functions, and barriers.
