Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a qualified professional to lead the workplace accommodations program, partnering with employees, HR Business Partners, Legal, and leadership to deliver compliant, employee-centric solutions. You will drive scalable programs, policies, and resources to support an inclusive workplace while ensuring adherence to employment laws.

Responsibilities include managing high-volume accommodation cases, coordinating with LOA, and communicating decisions in writing.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Employee Relations experience with significant responsibility for workplace accommodations.
• Experience with ADA accommodations in a multi-state or multi-location organization.
• Certification such as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR has strong value.

Responsibilities

• Lead primary contact for employees and candidates on accommodation requests.
• Conduct interactive intake discussions gathering job limitations and essential functions.
• Manage high-volume accommodation cases from intake to follow-up and documentation.
• Evaluate requests per ADA and company policies; obtain and review supporting medical documentation.
