Job summary

FosterThomas is seeking an experienced WorkForce Suite Implementation Consultant to plan, configure, and implement ADP WorkForce Suite / WorkForce Software solutions for client organizations. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver timely configurations and go-live support.

Responsibilities include planning, requirements gathering, module configuration (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence), testing, and ensuring successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working with ADP time products, specifically ADP WorkForce Suite / WorkForce Software (WFS) and a 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on experience with workforce management implementations, configuration, optimization, or related consulting projects.
• Strong understanding of Time & Attendance and/or Scheduling functionality.
• Experience with workforce management processes, including overtime, premiums, shifts, scheduling, and attendance policies.
• Understanding of integrations between workforce management, payroll, HCM, ERP, and related platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a client-facing consulting environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think independently and make sound, timely decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support WorkForce Suite implementations from planning through completion.
• Gather client requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence, and workforce management modules.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
• Coordinate resources to keep projects on schedule.
• Assess existing configurations and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support integrations with payroll, HR/HCM, ERP, and other systems.
• Develop and perform testing, including SIT, UAT, regression, and parallel testing.
• Resolve configuration issues and support defect resolution.
• Support data validation, deployment, go-live, and stabilization.
• Communicate project updates and status to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide knowledge transfer and client support.
• Travel to client sites as needed, approximately 15%.
