Job summary

WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead a team of consultants and project managers responsible for delivering client implementations across industries and geographies.

You will drive delivery, manage scope and timelines, and align client needs with HR technology solutions while maintaining accountability for contractual commitments and budgets. This role blends leadership, client engagement, and project execution in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of people management experience with external clients.
• Experience with enterprise software implementations and project management orientation.
• Familiarity with HR, payroll, or workforce management is preferred.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work a hybrid model from multipleADP/WorkForce locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of clients ensuring strong retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnership growth.
• Function as a strategic partner to clients, aligning solutions with business goals to increase adoption and realized value.
• Provide escalation management and resolution leadership for client delivery concerns.
• Lead client governance discussions that address risks, growth opportunities, and account stability.
• Collaborate on Statements of Work and change orders, ensuring accurate scoping, profitability, and margin optimization.
• Coach and develop a high-performing delivery team; manage billable utilization and delivery costs.
