Job summary

FosterThomas, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Implementation Consultant (ADPTM) to lead HR module implementations, payroll project management, and staff augmentation initiatives.

The role is fully virtual with potential 15% travel to client sites, offering exposure to worldwide HCM projects and ROI optimization for clients. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of ADP WFN HR experience, a 4-year degree, strong Excel skills, and proven consultancy and presentation abilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven work experience with ADP products, specifically WFN in HR, and a 4-year college degree or equivalent.
• Excel proficiency and strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management for multiple activities.
• Proven consulting, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Accountability for results individually and in a team.
• Ability to think independently and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage all HR module phases from initiation to closure
• Create project plans with deliverables, activities, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure milestones are met via oversight of project vehicles and resources
• Collaborate with other departments impacted by the project
• Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through module implementation
• Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates
• Make decisions based on information and input on time
• This is a virtual role that may require 15% travel to client sites
