Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Workforce Software Techno/Functional Architect to grow our Workforce Software business. You will collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to craft win-ready solutions and lead a cross-functional group to deliver value for clients.

Travel may be required (0–100%). You will advise on Time and Attendance, ACT, and job scheduling modules, guide offshore teams, and help improve delivery processes while aligning with client goals and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workforce Software Time and Attendance module, functional and technical experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workforce Software ACT module, functional and technical experience required.
• Minimum of 1 end-to-end Workforce Software ADP implementation, including hands-on design and configuration.
• Professionals in this position should have deep Workforce Software Knowledge including but not limited to: Functional Requirements gather in various modules. Time and Attendance, ACT, Job scheduling.
• Technical Configuration Knowledge in Time and attendance module, ACT, and job scheduling.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that supports the client value proposition and business case.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, lead and manage the team to perform effectively, make key team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to important decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that impact multiple teams is a critical part of this role.
• Drive the design and development of innovative solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
• Lead technical discussions and workshops to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to offshore team in terms of assigning work and prioritization of work.
• Support the continuous improvement of solution delivery processes and methodologies.
