Job summary

the company is seeking an experienced Techno/Functional Architect specializing in Workforce Software Time & Attendance and ACT modules to translate client requirements into differentiated solutions. You will lead technical design discussions, collaborate with sales and delivery teams, and guide offshore teams on work prioritization.

Travel may be required (0–100%) depending on client needs. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with substantial experience is required, and ADP integration expertise

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Workforce Software Time and Attendance module.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Workforce Software ACT module.
Minimum 1 end-to-end Workforce Software ADP implementation.

Responsibilities

Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions leveraging your Workforce Software expertise.
Lead and manage the team, drive design discussions, and align solutions with client value propositions.
Collaborate with sales pursuit and delivery teams to ensure feasible, winning solutions.
