Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Techno/Functional Architect specializing in Workforce Software Time & Attendance and ACT modules. You will translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions leveraging your deep knowledge of the platform. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities include leading the team, guiding offshore work, and driving innovative solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives. Prior consulting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Workforce Software Time & Attendance (functional and technical).
• 5+ years in Workforce Software ACT module (functional and technical).
• At least 1 end-to-end Workforce Software ADP implementation (design and configuration).
• Deep knowledge of Time and Attendance, ACT, and job scheduling modules.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to create winning, deliverable solutions.
• Lead and manage the team, make key decisions, engage with multiple teams.
