Job summary

Accenture is seeking a workforce reinvention strategist to partner with clients on talent strategy, AI-enabled transformation, and data-driven decision making. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience across Talent functions (strategy, workforce planning, skills practices, talent intelligence, strategic sourcing, learning, and transformation).
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
• Minimum of 1 year helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.
• Minimum of 1 year serving utilities clients or related finance/regulatory functions.

Responsibilities

• Use data and analytics to drive insights to shape experience led end to end Workforce Reinvention programs for Digital, Cloud, Enterprise Wide and Support Functions.
• Manage project teams to assess AI and automation impact on roles and transformation pathways.
• Craft workforce reinvention strategies highlighting future roles and work implications for the enterprise.
• Collaborate with Ecosystem Alliance Partners using Gen AI, agentic AI, and automation technologies.
• Design AI-enabled operating models where humans focus on judgment while machines handle routine processing.
• Drive change programs moving organizations from analysis to action and adopt new ways of working.
• Lead with a people-first mindset, mentor teams, and support business development activities.
