Job summary

Accenture seeks a Manager to lead Workforce Reinvention efforts, harnessing data and AI to shape talent strategies for Digital, Cloud, and Enterprise functions. You will manage client teams and drive on-the-ground change.

The role requires 5+ years across integrated Talent functions, 3+ years of consulting, and experience with AI-enabled workforce transformation. Travel up to 80% to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience across integrated Talent functions.
• Minimum of 3 years consulting experience designing and delivering workforce solutions.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience serving utilities clients or in a utilities finance, controllership, or regulatory function.

Responsibilities

• Drive insights to shape experience-led end-to-end Workforce Reinvention programs.
• Lead project teams to assess AI and automation impact on roles and transformation pathways.
• Craft workforce reinvention strategies for future roles and work implications.
• Collaborate with Ecosystem Alliance Partners to design human-machine solutions.
• Work with clients to evolve roles and determine what should shift to machines.
• Design AI-enabled operating models where humans focus on judgment and creativity.
• Lead change programs moving organizations from analysis to action.
• Mentor team members and support business development activities.
• Contribute to culture building and capability development.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% as required.
