Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Reinvention Manager to lead strategic HR reinvention programs blending traditional practices with digital solutions, AI, and automation. You will shape operating models, process improvements, and service delivery for clients, while delivering measurable business outcomes.

The role requires senior HR transformation experience, strong leadership, and expertise in leveraging GenAI and analytics to optimize talent management and workforce planning. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Minimum of 1 year applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics to HR processes.
• Experience with High Tech Industry is preferred.
• Strong client relationship and program delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and advise on HR operating models, tech and transformation strategies.
• Develop HR reinvention strategies blending traditional HR with AI and automation.
• Drive HR operating model design, service delivery, and workforce planning.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of HR reinvention projects on time and budget.
• Guide change management and stakeholder engagement across client organizations.
• Support business development by drafting proposals and shaping offerings.
