Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workforce Reinvention strategist who blends analysis with action to reinvent how work gets done at scale. You will lead data-driven programs across Digital, Cloud, and enterprise functions, shaping future roles and human-machine collaboration.

The role requires 5+ years in talent and transformation, 3+ years consulting experience, and experience with AI-enabled workforce initiatives. Travel up to 80% is expected, with a focus on delivering value for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years across Talent functions incl. Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, and Technology Talent Development.
• At least 3 years consulting experience designing and delivering workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
• Minimum of 1 year helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.
• Minimum of 1 year experience serving utilities clients or related finance/regulatory functions.

Responsibilities

• Shape end-to-end Workforce Reinvention programs using data and analytics.
• Lead project teams on AI/automation impact and transformation paths.
• Develop workforce reinvention strategies for enterprise and functions.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to design AI-enabled work models.
• Mentor team members and contribute to business development.
