Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• At least 1 year applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics to HR processes.
• Minimum 1 year of High Tech Industry experience.
• Ability to travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Client Leadership & Relationship Management: Advise senior client stakeholders on HR operating models, technology, and transformation strategies.
• HR Reinvention Strategy and Value Case: Develop value cases and roadmaps aligning HR with business goals.
• HR Operating Model and Service Delivery Framework: Design HR operating models and service delivery frameworks.
• Employee Experience & Talent Management: Enhance employee experience through analytics, automation, and AI-enabled talent processes.
• HR Technology Evaluation & Selection: Lead evaluation of HRIS and AI tools and guide vendor selection.
• Generative AI & Emerging Technologies: Define how GenAI and advanced tech enhance HR functions.
• HR Operations, Shared Services & Outsourcing: Advise on outsourcing and shared services to improve efficiency.
• Process Optimization & Automation: Streamline HR processes with automation and data analytics.
• Project Management & Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement: Manage change and gain executive buy-in.
• Business Development & Sales: Identify new HR reinvention opportunities and develop proposals.
• Practitioner Development, Thought Leadership, and Innovation: Coach teams and contribute to thought leadership.
