Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Reinvention Manager to lead and shape how organizations reinvent HR in the digital era. You will define and execute HR reinvention projects that integrate AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve talent management and employee experience.

In this high-visibility role, you will build strong client relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery of strategic HR operating models and transformation roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Minimum of 2 years leading HR reinvention programs, including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformation initiatives
• Minimum of 1 year of experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to improve HR processes, employee experience, workforce planning, or talent outcomes.
• Minimum of 1 year of High Tech Industry experience

Responsibilities

• Build and manage senior client relationships and advise on HR operating models and transformation strategies.
• Develop and implement HR reinvention strategies blending traditional HR with digital innovations like AI and automation.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR reinvention projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.
• Guide change management and stakeholder engagement to sustain transformation.
