The position is hybrid, with on-site days at the Wellington E. Webb Building and some field work in Denver.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional experience in a specialized workforce development area.
• Experience coordinating with employer partners, training providers, and community groups.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support operational and business needs of the Workforce Industry Initiative unit.
• Build and maintain relationships with businesses and hiring managers in targeted sectors.
• Identify workforce and hiring needs and help implement talent pipeline solutions.
• Collaborate with partners across Denver’s public workforce system.
