Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years in social services experience.
• Experience supervising staff and leading programs.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Employment Specialists, Case Managers, and partner agencies to apply a strengths-based approach.
• Manage direct service staff to develop positive relationships with families, participants, and employers.
• Review records for contract compliance and ensure timely documentation for reviews and reports.
• Oversee staffing models, scheduling, recruitment, and staff development within the division.
• Conduct weekly supervisory sessions to review complex cases and guide staff.
• Coordinate Program Review Committee and partner meetings to expand employment opportunities and community resources.
