Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions is seeking a Work-Based Learning Coordinator to lead the design, implementation, and oversight of work-based learning activities, connecting job seekers with employers in a hybrid, remote/office setup with border area travel.

You will engage employers, align WBL opportunities with regional labor demand, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless participant engagement and outcomes. A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Two years in workforce or employer engagement experience.
• Strong technology proficiency with workforce information systems and MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Designs, oversees work-based learning activities in compliance with program requirements.
• Engages employers to identify WBL opportunities aligned with labor market demand.
• Collaborates with Board Business Services to align WBL strategies with employer outreach and sector initiatives.
• Coordinates participant placements, onboarding, and progression through WBL activities.
• Monitors participant performance, employer satisfaction, and retention outcomes related to WBL placements.
• Ensures accurate documentation, service coding, and data entry for WBL activities.
