Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions is seeking a Work-Based Learning Coordinator to lead the design, implementation, and oversight of work-based learning activities, connecting job seekers with employers through compliant pathways that align with business needs and workforce priorities. This position is hybrid, requiring both remote work and in-office presence, with travel across the Borderplex area.

Reports to the Partner Services Supervisor and collaborates with TWC Merit Staff and Employment Service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Certified Workforce Development Professional credential preferred.
• Two years workforce or employer engagement experience.
• Employer relations, compliance tracking, coordination experience required.
• Strong technology proficiency with workforce information systems, Microsoft 365, electronic case management, and evolving AI-enabled platforms.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and oversees work-based learning activities, including OJT and work experience, in compliance with program requirements.
• Engages employers to identify suitable WBL opportunities aligned with business needs and regional labor market demand.
• Collaborates with Board Business Services staff to align WBL strategies with employer outreach and sector initiatives.
• Works closely with TWC Merit Staff and Employment Service Specialists to ensure seamless employer and participant engagement.
• Coordinates participant placements, onboarding, and progression through WBL activities; monitors performance, employer satisfaction, and retention.
• Ensures accurate documentation, service coding, and data entry for WBL activities.
• Coordinates with Corporate Work-Based Learning Specialist to ensure payroll guidance and access to compliant payroll processes.
• Identifies and resolves issues related to WBL placements to protect performance outcomes and customer experience.
