Job summary

Partner4Work Pittsburgh is seeking a Program Specialist of Workforce Services to implement an effective workforce development system and support providers in meeting milestones and outcomes. The role requires navigating complex problems, coordinating payroll processes, and collaborating with HR and fiscal staff.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, with a starting salary of $47,000 per year and a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or extensive knowledge in a related field (education, administration, communication, training development, accounting, or public policy).
• 2–4 years of related experience and at least 2 years in strategic project management or policy work is preferred.
• Experience in administration of activities similar to government funded programs preferred.
• Experience with administering WIOA/TANF funds or other government funded programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage targeted workforce initiatives and programs.
• Monitor contracts with providers, review invoices, and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate payroll processes and timesheet accuracy for providers and youth.
• Track KPIs and provide data-driven insights for program improvement.
• Support HR processes including I-9 retrieval and attendance tracking.
