Job summary
City and County of Denver seeks a Program Liaison to support the operational and business needs of the Workforce Industry Initiative. This role collaborates with Denver Workforce Development and partner systems to strengthen employer partnerships and talent pipelines. Hybrid work arrangement with onsite days at the Wellington E.
Webb Municipal Office Building in Denver, CO, and remote work as needed. Limited term through 9/30/2029; salary range $68,773–$113,476, with target pay $68,773–$81,000
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business development, computer sciences, workforce development or related field.
- Three (3) years’ experience performing full performance professional level duties within a specialized, functional area.
- Education/Experience equivalency: 1 year of experience may substitute for each year of education.
Responsibilities
- Supports operational and business needs of the Workforce Industry Initiative unit.
- Builds and maintains relationships with businesses and hiring managers in targeted industries.
- Identifies workforce and hiring needs; collaborates with employers to develop talent pipeline solutions.
- Supports contracted and system partners and other DEDO initiatives.
