Job summary

Entrega is seeking a highly organized Workforce Administration Lead to build and improve administrative practices across the employee lifecycle. You will coordinate onboarding, employee changes, benefits, and HR systems while ensuring accurate, timely processes.

This role requires strong ownership, detail orientation, and collaboration with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and managers. The position emphasizes end-to-end process design, visibility into transitions, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workforce administration, HR operations, or similar roles.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Ability to manage cross-functional workflows with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities from initiation through completion.
• Manage employee changes including promotions and role updates.
• Oversee leaves, benefits enrollment, and HR system data accuracy.
• Maintain workforce records and reporting for visibility.
• Drive process improvements and standard operating procedures.
