Job summary

Allied Solutions LLC seeks a Talent Acquisition Senior Coordinator to optimize onboarding, recruiting systems, and compliance across the organization. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, hiring managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable recruiting operations and an exceptional candidate experience.

The role covers onboarding logistics, background screening coordination, and Workday-related support to ensure accurate data and smooth new hire processes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Human Resources experience in a role with results and cross-functional partnership.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, recruiting systems, compliance processes, and candidate experience.
• Coordinate contingent workforce activities including recruitment, onboarding, assignment management, and separation processes.
• Serve as primary liaison between staffing agencies and business leaders for candidate submissions and workforce needs.
• Administer pre-employment background screening and adverse action processes with compliance.
• Lead New Employee Orientation and provide Workday onboarding support to employees and managers.
