Job summary

ACL Digital is seeking a Payroll Technology leader to direct strategy, modernization, and delivery of Payroll and Workforce Management applications. You will own platforms like UKG Payroll, Infor WFM, and Workday with payroll integrations, guiding production support and incident management to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Payroll Technology or related enterprise applications.
• Hands-on with UKG Payroll, Infor WFM, Workday, Kronos or similar.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian payroll processes, integrations, APIs, SQL, reporting, and production support.
• Proven leadership in technical teams, vendors, and large payroll initiatives.
• Experience with payroll implementations, upgrades, migrations, and enterprise system integrations.

A Payroll Technology leader with expertise in HRIS, Workforce Management, payroll systems, integrations, and enterprise application support, capable of leading teams and driving large-scale payroll technology initiatives.

• Lead the strategy, modernization, support, and delivery of Payroll and Workforce Management applications.
• Own and enhance platforms such as UKG Payroll, Infor WFM, Workday, and payroll integrations.

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian payroll processes, integrations, APIs, SQL, reporting, and production support.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams, vendors, and large-scale payroll initiatives.
• Experience with payroll implementations, upgrades, migrations, and enterprise system integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Infor WFM and UKG Payroll.
• Knowledge of Workday, SAP Finance, Cognos, Power BI, and SQL.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-entity and unionized workforce environments.
• Agile, ITIL, PMP, Payroll, or related certifications.
